Coffee is my one major vice - I consume my fair share on a daily basis. I know that it's bad for you and it completely contradicts my otherwise strict diet and workout routine. However, you just can't beat a great cup of coffee in the morning...and in the late morning...and in the afternoon...and at night. :)
I'm probably a little dependent but I fully accept and enjoy my dependency. However, if I really wanted to kick it I'm sure I could - I'm definitely a mind over matter person. However, I'm sticking with it for now as it's definitely one of those things in life I cherish everyday.
